Born in North Yorkshire, Carol's friendly and articulate manner has helped when playing a wide range of 'caring professionals' including doctors, nurses, social workers and health professionals.

Her excellent RP makes her ideal casting for corporate roles, including receptionist, administrator, PA and office manager.
