Samantha Lawson
Born and raised in Yorkshire, Samantha Lawson trained at Bristol Old Vic following an intense course at The Desmond Jones School of Mime and Physical Theatre and at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.

Her first job after Bristol was as the Tortured Witch for director Nick Hytner in His Dark Materials at the National. She played Diaphanta for director Stephen Unwin in The Changeling with the English Touring Theatre and was Rachel in the 20th Century Fox feature film The Dark Is Rising directed by David Cunningham.

Samantha also combines her skills in a series of productions for director Christine Bacon at Actors For Human Rights through Ice And Fire at the Soho Theatre. Talented and experienced, Samantha’s passions extend to martial arts, cycling and literature.
