Frances Miller
A fine actress with youthful good looks and a passion for robust physical theatre, Frances Millar is a native Londoner who studied acting at the Oxford School of Drama.

She also studied at the Central School of Ballet as well as doing a six month community project with Theatre de Complicite and is most comfortable with work involving movement and devising, having recently done a workshop with director Stephen Lagridge and choreographer Philipe Giraudeau in preparation for the premiere of Birtwistle's new opera The Minotaur.

Experienced in physical theatre, Frances is equally effective at playing street wise urban characters as well as classical roles and has built a solid body of work since joining Alpha including several productions at the Royal Opera House.

Theatre work includes Hero in Much Ado About Nothing, the title role in Sleeping Beauty and the role of Jessie in Abigail Graham's production of The Boxes at the Baron Court Theatre.
