An older actress with an impressive history of good roles, Elizabeth Ross continues to be in demand.

Theatre work includes Edna in An Inspector Calls directed by Stephen Daldry at the Garrick, Rebecca Nurse in The Crucible, directed by Michael Napier-Brown at Theatre Royal, Northampton, Sara Turing in Breaking The Code, directed by Duncan watt at the Latchmere and Ma Hilsa in The Weavers, directed by Dominic Cooke at the Gate.

Television roles include Beth Richards in Casualty, Mrs Cushman in Chambers and Mrs Yarrow in Doctors, all for BBC Television.
