Trim and attractive, Anah Ruddin trained as an actress at Webber Douglas and her recent theatre work includes Darcy in One Flea Spare at the Battersea Arts Centre, Diana/ Mrs Semple/ Mrs Sitgood in Neil Simon's London Suite at the English Theatre of Hamburg, the waitress in Separate Tables at the King's Head and Daphne in Perfect Wedding at the Vienna English Theatre.

On television Anah has played a variety of roles including housewives, headteachers and politician's wives.

She appeared in Pissed On The Job on Channel 4, Veronique on Film 4 and Walking Shadows for Big H Film Productions.
