Tom Lynam
A versatile and talented actor with a classical look, Tom Lynam was born in Portsmouth, but lived, over his early years in London, Winchester, Tunbridge Wells, Hastings, Birmingham, Shrewsbury and Bath.

A love of language, particularly Shakespeare, and a teacher’s advice to take drama for GCSE, propelled Tom towards the first two years of his training at the Birmingham Theatre School. He then did the three year course at East 15, playing Mercutio in Romeo And Juliet, Don Pedro in Much Ado About Nothing, Floyd in The Grapes Of Wrath, Bob Clifton in David Edgar’s Destiny and Richard in D.N.A.

A strong singer (high baritone) and keen pianist who is classically trained, Tom also moves well. Since joining Alpha, he’s got his first job in an ident.
