Alpha was established 25 years ago by a group of actors who wanted greater insight into their industry and were keen to have greater autonomy over their careers.

From those early days Alpha has grown to its current 20 actors who are all trained via an accredited drama school or have a solid professional work history in the industry. Since the start Alpha members have appeared in a variety of productions in television, feature films and theatre.
